El lunes, el músico anunció su próxima gira “50 íntimas noches en vivo”, que realizará 50 paradas en ciudades de América del Norte a partir del 27 de septiembre en Virginia y concluirá el 9 de diciembre en la ciudad natal de la cantante, Nueva York.
Las entradas salen a la venta el viernes. El anuncio del tour promete que Maxwell estrenará nuevo material durante la gira, presumiblemente de su próximo álbum, “BlackSummer’sNIGHT”, la finalización de una trilogía que comenzó con “BLACKsummers’Night” de 2009 y continuó con “BlackSUMMERS’night” de 2016. “
El anuncio del tour se produce un mes después de que Maxwell lanzara su primer sencillo desde 2016, “We Never Saw it Coming”, junto con un video musical corto titulado “The Glass House”. Dirigido por los colaboradores de Jay Z Gerard Bush y Christopher Renz, el estrellas de video Maxwell y modelo-actriz Yomi Abiola.
También en la agenda de otoño del artista se encuentra el 20º aniversario de su álbum 1998 “Embrya”. Además de los boletos estándar para el tour, una cantidad limitada de paquetes VIP, que puede incluir un asiento en la primera fila, un encuentro y saludo, y productos especiales de Maxwell, estarán disponibles para su compra a partir del 25 de julio.
