EN EL CHART “HOT ROCK” DE BILLBOARD.
Después de mantenerse 24 semanas en la posición No 1 con el éxito “Shut Up and Dance”, Walk the moon, ha establecido un nuevo récord por el mayor tiempo en el Top del chart “Hot Rock” de Billboard. La canción superó a Hozier con “Take Me To Church”, el cual lideró el “Hot Rock” chart por 23 semanas (de Noviembre-Abril 2014), así como “Radioactive” de Imagine Dragons, (el cual duró de Abril-Septiembre 2013).
“Shut Up and Dance” estuvo durante 22 semanas en el Top 10 de radio rock/alternativo, con 4 semanas consecutivas en el No. 1. Además de esto, se mantuvo en la posición No. 2 de canciones Pop por 5 semanas seguidas. Por 6 semanas fue No. 1 en el Hot AC y tiene más de 214 millones de streams en Spotify a nivel mundial. Walk the moon se presentó en Late Night With Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Today Show, The Voice y en la serie de conciertos de Good Morning America. En los MTV Video Music Awards, fue nominado para Mejor Video de Rock con “Shut Up and Dance”.
Walk the moon comenzará una nueva etapa con su gira, “Talking is hard”, arrancando el 3 de octubre en Austin, TX.
